I am on the road many weeks of the year teaching at regional cooking
schools, demonstrating at herb fairs and performing at myriad culinary gatherings across the country.
When I'm
not on the road I am most likely testing recipes in my kitchen or working on any of the many upcoming books from my little
publishing company.
